Job description

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team and lead a group of professionals in the creation of healthy treatments and maintenance programs. The successful candidate will have an array of responsibilities including keeping track of patient charts and health histories, performing physical exams, welcoming new patients, answering questions, as well as providing treatment for acute illnesses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physicals to patients.
• Provide immunizations to patients.
• Provide chronic disease management to patients.
• Be able to take both urgent and emergency care calls when needed.
• Be able to provide prenatal care to patients.
• Be able to diagnose and treat acute illnesses when needed.
• Provide both primary and acute care.
• Be a warm and caring person who can build rapport with her patients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
