We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. As an Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Meta Advertising using Ads Manager (not boosted posts). You will also be responsible for implementing and managing ads campaigns, tracking performance with Meta Pixel, using Meta Business Manager (different than Meta Business Suite) and creating social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness. This is an ON-SITE ROLE.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Meta ads campaigns
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase conversions and brand awareness.
• Implement and manage Meta business manager and track performance with Meta Pixel.
• Monitor social media trends, track performance, and analyze data to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure brand consistency.
• Handle multiple clients simultaneously within an agency environment.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience managing Meta ads campaigns
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Pixel implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other departments.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients is a plus.
