Fabricator/welder
Job description
Overview: A local welding company is looking to hire an onsite welding professional capable of fabricating. Responsibilities include designing, joining, and fabricating structures with various metal objects. You must have the ability to use MIG, Stick Weld, electric arc, and/or oxygen-acetylene welding techniques. Knowledge of reading blueprints, plans, measurements, and sequencing of welding assignments is required.
Pay rate – $22-$26/hour
What we look for:
- 1-3 years of proven welding knowledge/skills with MIG and Stick Welding
- Extensive experience reading and following blueprints
- Skilled in utilizing various welding equipment
- Knowledge of different types of welding
- Commitment to safety guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
