Drivers/Movers: Local Moving Company
Full & Part time/ 20 - 60 Hrs. week/ nights & weekends where required
Drivers: Non-CDL Trucks

Requirements:

• Non CDL commercial driver for box truck (Driver Only)
• Clean driving record with the DMV (Driver Only)
• Be able to obtain a medical card (Driver Only)
• Experience operating a large box truck required (Driver Only)
• Drivers shall meet the standards set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and must possess a valid driver's license (Driver Only)
• Must possess a valid medical examiners certificate or the ability to obtain one (Driver Only)
• Ability to load and unload furniture and goods for residential and commercial moves
• Responsible for conducting daily maintenance, inspection and inventory of assigned box truck
• Solid leadership and communication skills required
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude with team members and customers
• Moving is a physically demanding job:

• Must be in good physical condition
• Must have the ability to lift and carry heavy objects repeatedly for up to 15 hours per day
• Must be able to able to carry furniture and goods up and down many flights of stairs
• Must be able to work in all different types of weather conditions.

• You are working in a team-oriented environment:

• Must be reliable and show up at your scheduled time.
• Must have your own transportation to and from work

• Communication is key; must be able to work with others and communicate in a courteous and professional manor to our clients and other team mates.

COVID-19 considerations:
When a client or facility requires a mask crew must wear one. Other than that, it is at your discretion. Vaccination is preferred but not required.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Driving: 3 years (Preferred)
• Moving: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
