Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive research, design, and development of complex mechanical systems and components, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Utilize your expertise to create and modify detailed 3D models, drawings, and specifications using industry-leading CAD software.
• Perform advanced analysis and simulations to evaluate the performance, strength, and durability of mechanical designs, ensuring they meet and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design issues, ensuring flawless integration and functionality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate product quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Oversee rigorous testing, verification, and validation of mechanical systems and components, ensuring compliance with performance and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, sharing your expertise to foster their growth and development.
• Offer valuable insights during the production and assembly process, troubleshooting any complex mechanical challenges that may arise.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, technologies, and advancements, and effectively apply them to optimize product design and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in Automotive.
• Demonstrated expertise in SolidWorks.
• Profound knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and advanced manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record in designing and developing intricate mechanical systems and components, showcasing your ability to bring concepts to fruition.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to tackle complex engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management capabilities, with a track record of meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
• Possession of a professional engineering license (PE) is highly advantageous.
