About our Company:

Founded in 2019 by Toronto-based producers Svetlana Dvoretsky (Show One Productions) & Corey Ross (Starvox Entertainment), Lighthouse Immersive is the first entertainment company developing multiplex venues featuring large-scale events and exhibitions using interactive digital media.

The signature property of Lighthouse Immersive, Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit, opened on July 1, 2020, in Toronto with a Walk-Thru and Drive-In version to meet the ongoing restrictions and guidelines associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Immersive Van Gogh was the first major art exhibit to open since the onset of the pandemic and sold over 220,000 tickets in four months with gross sales of over $9 million to a core audience of 24-44-year-olds in Toronto and quickly became the #1 selling show worldwide on Ticketmaster’s Universe platform. Since opening in Toronto, Lighthouse Immersive has expanded to 20 markets in North America, selling over 3.25 million tickets.

Some of the job duties include (but are not limited to):

• Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Scanning guests' in using the QR code on their phone or their physical ticket
• Providing our guests with our policies and instructions firmly, yet politely
• Escorting guests into the gallery, holding the curtains open for them as they enter
• Opening the curtains for our guests as they exit and welcoming them to our retail department (explaining any specials we may have)
• Cross training in Retail and Box Office (required)
• Comfortability relaying information or answering questions within our team using a radio and headset (provided)
• Report emergencies and respond to calls for emergency assistance
• Light custodial duties as necessary
• Restocking merchandise in Retail as needed or assigned
• Using the Retail registers to assist with guests’ purchases as needed or assigned (no cash handling at this time)
• Selling tickets at the Box Office as needed or assigned
• Other duties as they are assigned

This is a part time only position that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays, located on the third floor of The Crystals Shops at Aria on the Las Vegas Strip. You will be expected to have a reliable form of transportation to arrive on time and ready to start your shift. You will be provided with two uniform shirts, one zip-up hoodie, and a "STAFF" badge and lanyard. Professional black pants and (comfortable) black shoes are required for your uniform but are not provided by the company.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination Record
• Covid Vaccination is Required for all Lighthouse ArtSpace Employees
• Must provide documentation proving you are legally able to work in the United States
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to perform all job duties listed and other job duties as assigned with minimal supervision
• Open availability is strongly preferred
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Love and appreciation of art is a DEFINITE plus!
