Job description
Critical to the overall success of the team, the Executive Search Sourcing Partner will support Executive Hiring globally, leading on all strategic research assignments. This will include candidate sourcing/identification, attraction and screening of executive level talent, as well as candidate management throughout the lifecycle of a search. Developing industry expertise, you will become a go-to advisor on sources of outstanding talent, ensuring we are opening up the boundaries to uncover and establish relationships with top performing leaders for the company’s most important leadership roles. Additionally, through presentation of market insight and analysis, you will be an integral contributor in driving successful outcomes for the business on hiring decisions.

The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity and have a solution-orientated mind-set with the ability to think creatively. Tenacity, flexibility and the ability to perform in a fast paced, changing environment, as well as deliver under stringent deadlines will be critical to success. H/she will bring rigour, outstanding attention to detail and good commercial nous. They will enjoy building relationships and engaging senior leaders, understanding the business contexts, challenges and opportunities with confidence to engage external talent on behalf of FNZ Group.
Responsibilities
  • Lead on all Executive Hiring research, market mapping, talent profiling and analysis
  • Support the Executive Hiring team across the life cycle of the hiring process
  • Advise on insightful market intelligence, interesting moves and appointments in and outside the sector
  • Own the Executive Hiring database and act as a guardian for its use
  • Bring creativity and challenge where appropriate on innovative talent solutions
  • Prepare reports, documents and market analysis that is impactful and compelling to a leadership audience
  • Ownership of specific critical initiatives and pipelining projects
  • Proactively ensure materials are prepared ahead of time for team and hiring manager updates and review
  • Attend briefings and bring insightful market research that will be additive to the Executive Hiring strategic agenda, proactively identifying key industry issues that will affect hiring managers and senior leadership teams in the regions
  • Stay abreast of all major industry and regulatory initiatives and alert the Executive Hiring & Business Heads on talent and market trends

Ideal experience and background
  • Deep research experience gained in a fast-paced, global context is key.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services/FinTech space
  • Experience of executive search within a complex and international environment is preferred.
  • Experience either in-house or in a top-tier Executive Search firm
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities under time constraints
  • Understanding and experience of developing search processes that deliver best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences
  • Knowledge of using creative methodologies and emerging executive search tools and technologies to identify and research diverse, senior talent and prepare target lists
  • Experienced in using LinkedIn Recruiter & Boolean searching
  • Ability to build strong, credible relationships both within and outside of the organisation at the highest levels of the business
  • Adept at preparing reports, presentations, and market intelligence documents
  • Fluent in English and additional European languages a plus
