National Agency specializing in legal recruiting for Top Tier lawyers & Law Firms seeks an Executive / Personal Assistant for immediate hire!

The ideal candidate:

1. Will have a strong interest in being a part of our team.

2. Degree from a good 4-year college, GPA: 3.3 or higher.

3. Typing Speed 65+ WPM

4. Highly accurate spelling and grammar.

5. Meticulous about accuracy, incredibly organized, likes structure.

6. Works well under pressure

7. Extremely quick, super pleasant/friendly responsive, real 'A' Type personality.

8. Proficient in Microsoft office, Outlook, Gmail, Calendaring

9. Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Organizational skill, technical skill

10. Active listening and Critical thinking

11. Excellent work ethic (not a lot of calling in sick).

Job Duties:

1. Creating / Maintaining the CEO’s schedule.

2. Handling extensive booking of attorney meetings with law firms, the CEO’s travel, and personal schedule.

3. Assisting in recruiting talent for the company.

4. Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.

5. Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the CEO and executives.

6. Maintain various records and documents for company CEO and executives.

7. Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the company.

*An interest in legal industry a plus, but not required. HR experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Benefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision insurance

Hours: 6 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. (PT)

*Time & half for overtime as well, full benefits (medical, health, vision, etc.). Year-End bonus for performance.

Location: Century City (Los Angeles).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
