Executive Housekeeper

About us
We are rewarding, supportive, inclusive and our goal is to employ a person to perform full management and housekeeping services for 2 adults in large home in Summerlin. The ideal candidate must be efficient and focused, and should possess the ability to work well with minimum supervision. Work includes, but not limited to the following:
- Manage repairs and other hired/contracted providers of landscaping, pool maintenance, maintenance person, home appliance repair, electrical/plumbing repair and window-washing services
- Detailed cleaning of all rooms in home as needed, including flooring, cabinets, bathrooms, and decorative items
- Daily bed makeup and weekly bedding changing (or more frequently as requested by Employer)
- Laundry for 2 people (ironing rarely if ever required) and occasional house guests as needed
- Indoor and outdoor plant and outdoor care, including watering, individual plant care as instructed by Employer
- Cleaning and filling bird feeders (daily or as need per Employer's instructions) and small pet care (birds, small aquarium and possibly a future dog)
- Occasional errands such as groceries, dry cleaners, pharmaceutical and store pickup, with mileage reimbursement
- Perform occasional offsite management tasks as mutually agreed with Employer
- Computer/smartphone literacy
Our work environment includes:
- Safe work environment in a guard-gated community
- Casual uniform attire or otherwise as agreed with Employer
- Flexible working hours (occasional shift-hour changes). Rare evening or weekend hours are exchanged for weekday hours as agreed with Employer.
- 1 hour +/- unpaid lunch breaks and paid 15-minute shift breaks as agreed with Employer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
