What you’ll be doing:
- Leads Silver Birch of Kokomo with a focus on Inspiring Purposeful Lives for All
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the community, including growing and maintaining occupancy and achieving high levels of resident satisfaction
- Ensure financial performance of community meets or exceeds expectations
- Fosters and environment that engages employees at all levels

What we’re looking for:
- Experience as an Executive Director or Administrator
- Holds an active Indiana Administrator license, in good standing
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Hands-on management approach
- Experience with managing budgets, expenses, and understanding of financial statements and reports
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Enthusiasm for enriching the lives of our residents each day!
- Valid Drivers License with good driving record
