Our restaurant is looking for an Executive Chef! We are located in Bucks County, PA at 1134 Street Road Southampton PA 18966. We are a growing business and looking for a motivated individual who is a leader, can develop creative and delicious recipes, run kitchen operations and help us cut food costs while maintaining excellent quality. A positive personality is absolutely essential for this role. We work as a team and believe our executive chef really sets the tone for this.
Our ideal chef will be able to delegate, know how to create prep sheets, and organize the kitchen while coming up with creative new items for our monthly specials and full time menu. We hope our Executive Chef can help us expand in the near future as we plan on growing our brand across the Philadelphia area.
We are a close family here at The Iron Oven and our chef will have access to any tool that they need. Equipment fixes happen within a few days, you have one of the best kitchen staffs in the area, and owners who will back you and make sure you have every tool you need to succeed!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assistance with hiring the kitchen staff.
- Train and manage the kitchen staff, assist with schedule.
- Develop recipes and new monthly specials menus. We value creativity with new dishes.
- Must be able to handle a high-volume kitchen and remain professional under pressure.
- Must have experience with brunch.
- Order food and evaluate quality. Determine ways to save money and re-purpose ingredients for dishes to eliminate waste.
- Stock the kitchen with necessary supplies.
- Help us improve with financial planning and budgeting.
- Make sure the kitchen staff follows all food safety laws.
- Sets and implements the kitchen policies and procedures.
Our Executive Chef needs to be truly passionate about cooking, have a team mindset, be organized, present new food and cost saving ideas. We need this person to lead by example in all aspects of the role. A good culture and amazing quality is what we strive for and expect every day. We pay up to $150 a month in benefits with a 5 day work week when we have a full staff!

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
