About the Role
Hinge Health is seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to provide executive administrative support to our Executive team. In this role, you will be supporting executives, handling a wide range of complex and highly confidential duties. This role requires excellent calendaring and prioritization skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple critical requests at the same time. While administrative duties will be part of your role, you will also be the main point of delegation for a variety of tasks to help build one of the fastest-growing digital health startups in San Francisco.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting senior level executives and be based in the bay area, with the expectation of working in office a few days per week.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Drive important meetings forward by scheduling and organizing external (client) and internal meetings and events in a timely manner.
- Enable our executives to focus on high priority tasks via strategic calendar management and make recommendations to executives with regards to their time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization.
- Reduce administrative burden on executives by performing an extensive array of core administrative tasks (e.g., expense reporting, booking travel, purchasing gifts, help managing low level initiatives and/or projects).
- Enable meetings success by assisting with the production of materials and pre-reads, taking notes, and tracking actionables.
- Increasing team effectiveness by planning and executing team events and on-sites, taking on ad-hoc team projects, keeping a pulse on executives and team workloads, and helping the executive communicate across the team.

- Proficiency: You are well-versed and comfortable working in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).

$129,600 - $179,400 a year
The range of base salary for the position is between $129,600 - $189,400, plus equity, and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
