WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Drive company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling, teamwork and customer service.
• Engage customers to learn about their lifestyle and wellness goals; identify the right products to help them achieve those goals.
• Build relationships with customers by following up on purchases, suggesting additional merchandise and inviting them to return.
• Develop and share knowledge of the features and benefits of each of our products.
• Share product with customers through active sampling.
• Share customer feedback with store manager regarding product requests, problems and suggestions.
• Enroll new customers in our loyalty rewards program.
• Prepare the store for the day, replenish inventory, maintain store appearance and follow standard open and closing procedures.
• Maintain personal appearance and hygiene each day you are present.
• Other job-related activities as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/ QUALITIES

• Passion, knowledge and involvement in health, fitness and/or wellness.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes and product knowledge.
• Proven success in selling and achieving goals.
• Excellent team player with ability to work independently.
• Excited to jump in and execute.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Basic math skills.
• Previous retail, restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• An early riser who is capable of working Saturday's/Sunday's approx. 7:00 am-3:00 pm
• Travel: Valid driver’s license & a personal, insured vehicle with adequate, clean, covered space to carry all supplies for booth including product inventory
• Ability to bend/lift up to 50 lbs., set up/tear down a 10 x 10 pop up tent, tables, booth display items per company provided details
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Be exposed to the outdoor environment including inclement weather
• Hold yourself accountable and get the tasks done alone is a must
• Love interaction with people, be courteous, outgoing and helpful
• Prior experience with gourmet food or be a passionate foodie
• Be punctual, reliable, and honest
• Have a reliable, large enough car and a smartphone.
• Ability to drive around Corpus Christi & the surrounding areas.
• Basic understanding of math, being able to give exact change, etc.
