Event Manager
*Ability to multi task
* Work flexible schedule/ indoors and outdoors
* Reliable transportation
* Weekend and Evening shifts
* Planning event details all aspects of floor plan
* Managing events and addressing potentioal problems that may arise including but
not limited to: last minute staff call outs, last minute increase or decrease in event
attendants, change of menu
* Planning for the potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
* Attention to detail is a must
* Experienced with floor plans
* Kitchen Communication- experienced expediting and communication during event
* Experienced serving plated, station and buffet style banquet service
* Interpersonal Skills : communication effectively with management and waitstaff
* Ability to remain calm in high pressure environment
* Professional appearance - well groomed
* Catering banquet experience a must
* Computer experience a must - Caterease and Toast knowledge
* Employee Scheduling Software a plus
* Experience in Country Clubs or Catering Venues a Must
* Managing Banquet Staff - Scheudling before and day of event
* 3 years experience in a managerial positon with a proven track record and references

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
