Job description
We are looking for an experienced estimator/project manager for our commercial and industrial construction services.
Candidate will be responsible for estimating, project management and contract administration of awarded projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Estimating
- Creating work schedules
- Supervision of field labor
- Contract administration
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in general and industrial construction
- Leadership skills and the ability to delegate
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer Proficiency
Salary Range:
- $65,000 to $85,000 yearly
