Earning Potential:

• Paid initial ONE-week hands on training with one of our in-house, experienced trainers. Ongoing support and development throughout your career.
• On average our Wax Associates make anywhere between $20 to $30 an hour within the first 90 days (excluding cash tips).
• Our compensation structure is comprised of a starting hourly rate of $11, 10% retail commission, 5% service commission, up to $600 in service bonuses, and gratuity. All paid out per pay period!
• Profit share once you complete a year with the company
• As your business grows, you earn unlimited commission on top of bonuses!

Availability Requirements:

• Full time (30+ hours per week) and/or part time ( > 30 hours per week)
• Three (3) weekdays (Monday through Friday) | 8:00 am – 2:00 pm AND 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• One (1) weekend day | Saturdays: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm OR Sundays: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

This role begins at four (4) shifts per week and becomes eligible to expand to five (5) shifts per week after satisfactory completion of all training and a ninety (90) day evaluation of employment. This role reports directly to the Center Manager.
