Conservice is seeking an Analyst to join our Customer Experience team. Conservice provides an intelligent, comprehensive, and intuitive platform for ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) management. We help organizations develop and implement ESG initiatives that provide an imperative to attract and retain capital, accelerate sustainable and responsible growth, and mitigate enterprise risk.

Overview:The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data to solve customer needs. This position will leverage streamlined processes, structured problem-solving techniques, and data management principles to drive customer value. The Analyst will work closely with Customer Success Managers and Consultants to ensure that all the foundational elements of customer accounts are effective and support customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to resolve data issues
  • Present data analysis reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop effective actions and guidelines that enable process improvements
  • Manage the customer onboarding process toConservice's ESGplatform and oversee ongoing maintenance
  • Manage customer relationships to promote and create value through strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and relationship-building
  • Work withConservice'sinternal leaders and teams to continuously improve company products and offerings to drive growth

Requirements:

Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or business
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a project environment serving customers and/or internal stakeholders (e.g., external or internal consulting or similar corporate roles with a mix of day-to-day operations and time-bound project experiences is preferable)
  • Data experience is required and working with SQL is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable interest/experience in sustainability and ESG initiatives (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience working with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager a strong plus
  • Demonstrable experience working across functions and seniority levels
  • Understanding of process methodologies and effective use of data
  • Strong experience with technology platforms such as ERPs, CRMs, or related niche technologies
  • Understanding of SaaS business model
  • Ability to learn and assess customer needs and a variety of business operating models
