RDR is seeking Equipment Operators to round out all of our current divisions, from Erosion control to field services and Underground Utility work.

Currently seeking heavy equipment operators for various projects across West Virginia, Southern Pennsylvania, and Eastern Ohio.

Job Summary:

Operators will report directly to their RDR supervisor.

Operators must be willing to assist with labor work when needed.

· Able to work outside in varying weather conditions.

· Able to lift - up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods of time, walk, squat, crouch.

· Able to work up to and at times greater than 12 hour days.

Typical projects include slip repair, pad expansions, pit closures, and road upgrade projects.

Preferred experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience operating an excavator and/or dozer preferred.

Highly seeking those comfortable working on steep terrain and winching experience preferred.

Previous underground utility experience preferred.

Familiar with working on live gas lines preferred.

Familiar with the installation of gas mains and service connections preferred.

Operators must be willing to assist with labor work when needed.
