Omni Technologies is looking for an Quality/EHS Manager who will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of OMNI's EHS and Quality polices, procedures, and development of a high performing quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental health and safety, as well as excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining quality practices required for ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
Responsibilities:
- Develops a high performing quality assurance team through recruiting, training, and aligning the roles to support the organizations growth objectives.
- Creates and implements all necessary components of a quality management system capable of ensuring the quality of both products and processes at OMNI.
- Oversees and administers all facets of OMNI's ISO 9001:2015 program.
- Identifies and implements strategies that improve the quality of products and processes ensuring continued customer satisfaction.
- Develops and oversees the implementation of all EHS policies, procedures and programs.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct safety inspections and audits.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures.
- Train employees on safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor environmental conditions to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, accidents, incidents, and other related activities.
The ideal Candidate will have:
- 4+ years of leadership experience in personnel management
- Bachelor's degree in business or other technical field
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining quality practices required for ISO 9001: 2015 certification, preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
