Key responsibilities include building long term relationships with clients, open houses, learning digital geo farming, home staging and property management.

Our most unique offer for our agents is our Team training and coaching program. Agents work one-on-one with a senior mentor and learn the ins and outs of the Real Estate industry. They benefit and profit from our complete platform of real estate assets including, Insurance, Mortgages, Luxury, and more. What you’ll do:

• Build long term relationships with high end clients

• Work with qualified sellers and buyers

• Manage leads, email, text and CRM

• Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer

• Follow ups, e-mail communication and focus on the overall client experience.

• Work with industry professionals to assure the clients needs are always met

• Negotiating contracts and handling client issues

Requirements:

• Real Estate license is required (We offer free online licensing school through our internship programs

• E & O Insurance ( Errors and Omissions Company Insurance)

• Bachelor’s degree/Certifications

• Strong English communication skills, including email correspondence, phone etiquette, and professional rhetoric

• Emotional intelligence with a strong will to succeed regardless of obstacles

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Strong time management skills

• Physical demands include the ability to sit, stand, use hands to operate computers or office equipment and communicate verbally
