Custom Machine Works is looking for an Entry Level ambitious person(s) who is interested in a career in fabrication and machine building. We are looking for people to join our team long term.

2nd Shift Premium additional $1.50/hr and 3rd Shift Premium additional $2.00/hr!

The shifts we are looking to fill are FULL TIME 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Our hours are very flexible and will work around scheduling needs. You will be trained on 1st shift and then move to either 2nd or 3rd shift once fully trained. (for example, four 10 hour shifts or five 8 hour shifts)

CMW is a true job shop, where unique parts and machines are made from start to finish!

Daily Tasks include:
- Run parts in machines
- Perform quality checks
- Deburring parts
- Inspection of parts
- Other misc. jobs as needed

Requirement:
- Knowledge of basic math
- Ability to learn how to use measurement devices
- Ability to learn how to read blueprints/technical drawings
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic
- Great attendance record
- Team player
