POSITION DETAILS

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in search for an Entry Level Electrical Engineer/Validation Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will be testing current products as well as those in development

  • Working with product engineers providing them with accurate test results

  • Involved in troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades to current testing equipment

  • This is a “benchtop” testing role- will be using oscilloscope, signal generators, voltage testers, and a variety of other electronic testing equipment

  • Projects/Testing/Validation can take a day or two, and up to a few weeks depending on the issue

  • Needs to be able to communicate with Hardware and Software Engineers- this person will find the problem, and relay the issue to that department so they can fix it

  • Occasionally because of the supply chain, the parts/components the company wants to use isn’t available. This person will be testing alternative methods/materials and make sure it meets the design spec for the application

  • HUGE opportunity to grow into a Software or Hardware Engineer within a year of employment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

Terms:
