Summary

Responsible for all general marketing functions: including the following, but not.
limited to:

Daily Duties
� Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, pens, brochures, etc.
� Build relationships with businesses.
� Target potential enrollment
� Increase Enrollment
� Maintain full enrollment to capacity.
� Create flyers.
� Be creative: share innovative ideas.
� Possibly Maintain social media as needed.

Occasional Duties

� Attend meetings.

Other Duties as Assigned, including but not limited to:

� Keeping employee file and PDR system file current

Minimum Qualifications:

� Must be able to relate to adults on all levels of the socioeconomic structure of the community.
� Must have basic typing skills.
� Must be a sound speller and have a good working knowledge of English grammar.
� Must be able to compose uncomplicated and/or routine correspondence.
� High School Diploma or GED
� Must have Customer service experience.
� Nice to have customer or client retention skills.
� Speak English and/or bilingual.

� Private Agencies
� Child Care Services Board Members
� General Public
