Your Role:

The Enrollment Operations Specialist will be responsible for owning and managing specific projects within CEA CAPA’s Enrollment Team designed to contribute to sales and retention goals including. These projects include but are not limited to: visa processing, document collection, the acceptance and confirmation process, and enrollment operations processes as needed.


What You’ll Do:

  • Printing and mailing of visa documents for standard, custom, and internship students across all destinations.
  • Assist with the processing of all student documents uploaded through the MyCEA. This includes:
    • Reviewing all documents for adequacy, marking documents received in the Student Information System, and communicating to the account owner or student what documents are not acceptable
    • Acting as the SME for what documents are acceptable/unacceptable according to the specifications of each of our partner universities and destinations
  • Utilize both phone and email to collect necessary student documents required for successful transition of Enrollment process
  • Record notes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system regarding all student communication
  • Assist with managing relationship with various vendors supporting enrollment functions


Starting Salary: $42,000


What Makes a Great Candidate:

  • Associate degree required
    • Working towards Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred
  • Prior higher education experience is preferred
  • Experience handling student records, transcripts, or special accommodations is preferred
  • Exceptional analytical abilities and written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills that ensures cross-checking of work
  • Ability to thrive in situations that involve repetitive administrative tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail
