Job description
Hello from Tallwave! We’re a customer experience design company partnering with change agents at the world’s most inspiring companies to create the experiences of the future. This includes developing new products, services, and business models that deliver amazing value and sustainable growth for their customers and employees. We deliver exceptional experiences for our client, the client’s customer, and of course, our internal Tallwavers!
Are you someone who embraces an unconventional way of thinking? Do you persevere even when the going gets tough? Are you passionate about teamwork, using a “we” not me mindset? Do you sweat the details and solve problems with thoughtfulness and precision? We are a scrappy, fluid organization and although we’ve been around for over a decade, we operate much like a startup. We are nimble, quick thinkers and are dedicated to finding talent that wants to help us grow the business to new heights. If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you!
Tallwave is growing and needs an Engagement Manager based in the Dallas / Fort Worth Texas metro area to join our Client Services Team. - Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes.
- Ensure the project is delivered within the parameters of the SOW while ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Should issues or challenges arise, manage critical conversations internally and with clients, navigating both teams through difficult circumstances to ensure all are satisfied with the outcome.
- Facilitate and present at internal Executive Steering Committee meetings.
- Work with delivery teams to ensure compliance with agreed-to checkpoints.
- Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate a delivery approach, and develop a proposal/Statement of Work (SOW).
- While leading the team through delivery, keep focus on opportunities to expand Tallwave’s scope and presence with the Client.
QUALIFICATIONS - These skills will make you a great fit:
- Experience leading projects, deploying software development implementations, customer journey mapping, service blueprinting, or product design-led engagements with a focus on digital products.

- Career growth and opportunity. We grow leaders here.
- We recognize the contributions of individuals and teams throughout Tallwave, and we stop to celebrate through Happy hours, on-the-fly high fives, core-values-based awards during our All-Hands Meetings, and Tallwave anniversary awards, to name a few.
- Occasional catered remote/local sessions.
- We offer comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401(k) plans.
- Concierge-booked Tallwave Work Anniversary experiences.
- We provide employer-paid short-term disability and long-term disability plans and life insurance.
