Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a full-time, long-term ElectricalEngineer (Hybrid) to work in the Findlay, OH area for a top utility and energy company. This position offers a variety of great benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities:
Job Summary: As an Electrical Engineer in the Project Design Engineering Department, you will be responsible for the Company’s engineering distribution power systems and infrastructure within Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight and engineering of all electric power system facilities from the distribution substation to the customer’s electric meter.
- Perform load flow analysis and coordination studies.
- Develop circuit reliability and improvement strategies.
- Assist with regulatory reporting requirements and customer complaints.
- Assist with storm assessment.
- Design and analyze electric distribution infrastructure to support existing and new customer demand.
- Investigate power quality issues.
- Develop distribution automation schemes.
- Additional duties or assignments as directed by supervision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering program accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
- 2 or more years of related engineering experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- CYMDIST and CYMTCC experience a plus.
