JOB PURPOSE
- The Education Technology Assistant provides support for the Staff Development Department through tasks associated with orientation, continuing professional development and student services. This role serves as the administrator and designer for the organization’s electronic learning management system and maintains equipment and software for the organization’s educational and conference needs.
KEY CUSTOMERS SERVED AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- All staff, volunteers, instructors, consultants, agency and company representatives. Strives to maintain a spirit of teamwork, support and cooperation. As the initial contact for the staff development department handles and refers all customer requests appropriately, promoting positive outcomes. Customer responsibility includes fast, friendly, feasible service.

oAssociate Degree preferred
- EXPERIENCE
oTwo years’ experience in technology or administrative support required.
