General Summary:
This position will be responsible for data analytics relative to Value-Based program and Health Plan Contracting efforts. This position will interact across multiple departments to provide insight to opportunities to drive strategic direction.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Example of Essential Duties:
- Maintain Value-Based patient database and work alongside Quality Programs Department Staff to ensure patients are tracked for facility utilization.
- Identify populations and provide data for specific workflows/processes.
- Maintain Value-Based Performance Dashboards for new Value-Based Programs.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Team to identify areas of opportunity relative to Value-Based Programs through reporting.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director of Contracting to provide TTC Leadership with financial impact reports relative to fee/rate/contractual changes.
- Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive contracting matrix outlining active and inactive agreements with specified criteria.
- Provide ad-hoc data to Leadership as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience in healthcare or business-related field
