Job Title: eCommerce Lister
Locations: Store eCommerce Campus - 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76119
Work Hours: FT (40 Hrs. per Week) Days and hours vary; 2 Days Off per Week
Salary: $13.25 per hour

General Job Duties: Efficiently post auction items online using PC system meeting department production goals for listing said items, capture quality photographs of items and accurately shelve listed items into inventory, manage inventory to ensure good organization and flow. Consistently builds knowledge of collectible auction items. Works with as much speed, efficiency and accuracy as possible; all work reflects a neat, professional image. Performs initial sorting, researching, and accurate curation process for collectible donations, process discarded items into appropriate categories and locations. Works with as much speed, efficiency and accuracy as possible; all work reflects a neat, professional image. Assisting online customers via email, phone, or with pick up of purchased items. Maintains a safe, secure, and clean work environment.
Skills/Qualifications: High school graduate or the equivalent strongly desired. Effectively operate Windows PC without assistance. Familiar with Consumer Electronics. Proficient typing ability. Expected to quickly develop the following skills- Determine value and functionality of donated items without the need of supervision, use the internet as an effective tool for research, possess a strong knowledge of consumer electronics, antiques, media, books, and general collectibles with the ability to quickly identify said items. Ability to meet established production goals to fit needs of department. Must be able to multitask and work rapidly and efficiently. Ability to figure percentages and perform simple math computations. Must be able to understand and follow directions well.
Physical Requirements: Walking, stooping, standing, reaching 6 feet (or can with a ladder), pulling, pushing, lifting 50 pounds on a consistent basis, some heavier lifting required with assistance. Good physical stamina. Ability to work in a warehouse setting which includes noise, some extremes in temperature and dust. Open availability to work varying schedule one hour prior to store opening and one hour after store closing 7 days a week. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and other Team Members. Must be able to stand consistently throughout the work day, sufficient eyesight, and sufficiently mobile to work in the entire facility.
Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, pass background, drug screen and physical examination.
