POSITION SUMMARY

This position is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast evolving space of eCommerce as it relates to the beverage alcohol category. Supporting an industry leading team, this role will work in a variety of capacities including Sales and eCommerce.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our eCommerce Coordinator will be a true “maverick” partnering with the various Sales & Marketing teams within our organization. This position will be directly responsible for maintaining & supporting the systems that power our eCommerce business, as well as working to support our broader sales organization.

eCommerce Responsibilities Include:

• Maintenance & Improvement of FXMUSA Digital Catalog on Salsify (our Product Information Management tool), & improving the digital shelf presence of products on National Account Retail websites; strong Excel skills required
• Creating assets for eCommerce with the help of the creative agency; Photoshop skills will come in handy but not required
• Conducting frequent “Digital Surveys” of FXMUSA products across key eCommerce websites (Amazon, Wine.com, Walmart.com, etc.)
• Supporting the eCommerce team with ad hoc projects
• Collaborating with Associate Director of eCommerce to execute eCommerce marketing programs on popular delivery apps & eCommerce platforms
• Provide regular progress reports & updates to Associate Director of eCommerce & Sr. Director National Accounts & eCommerce on various projects
• Keeping “to the moment” on the latest Digital Marketing/ eCommerce sales & marketing developments as they relate to the CPG/ Bev Al Category
• Assist Associate Director of eCommerce in creating briefs for creative agencies and writing product copy

Administrative Responsibilities supporting Sr. Director of eCommerce & National Accounts:

• Process expense reports/per month
• Track and maintain budgets
• Assist in coordinating ad hoc projects
• Coordinate meetings and travel

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in eCommerce, digital content management, and master data management.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to handle big sets of data
• Ability to work cross functionally, managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
• Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through skills
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing preferred, including Social Media, Retail Media, Display, Online Video, Search/Sponsored Search
• Experience in Salsify preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to work in White Plains, NY office 3 Days per week and 2 days from home on varying schedule

Travel

• Occasional Domestic/International Travel as needed.
• Able to travel and work during some week-ends or evenings as necessary
