An international food distribution company is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Support Representative to join their team in their NJ office.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customer with processing online orders by providing information about the products and assist in troubleshooting issues on the site
• Handle web inquiries, complaints, and other customer issues regarding products
• Resolve customer issues by assessing and handling the situation in a timely manner
• Creating and maintaining records of customer interactions
• Other related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous E-commerce customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• Proficient in MS software

While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to type for extended periods throughout the day and intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk, and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision, as well as, lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
