Work Schedule:

Flexible 4/10 hour shift schedule - no nights, no weekends

Duties:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair service on transmissions, torque converters, differentials, final drives, axles, hydraulic pumps, motors, and valves
• Respond to customer needs in a positive, supportive, and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed
• Maintains a clean and safe work area, and adheres to all safety procedures
• Follows standard operating procedures
• Cleans and organizes equipment
• Attends formal training
• Aids all other levels of technicians as needed regarding troubleshooting repairs
• Maintains paperwork documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily/job basis
• Documents labor, the addition of segments, assuring that work order can be closed and billed as communicated with the customer
• Positively interacts with the manager and team members to satisfy customer needs
• Communicates effectively with customers, both internal and external
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Have a strong attention to detail
• Be organized, a hard worker, and a team player
• Self-motivated and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
• Strong ability to communicate well with team members – written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance, stand, sit, bend, and twist for extended periods of time on concrete

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have own tools
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Minimum of two years experience preferred
