Doorman/Greeter (Part-Time) Gilbert, AZ
The White Rabbit is located in booming downtown Gilbert, AZ. The White Rabbit will take patrons back in time by providing an elegant speakeasy experience. The bar will have an emphasis on handcrafted cocktails. It will also offer local wines and beer as well as an innovative small bites menu.
Currently seeking a professional doorman/greeter. Must understand that customer service, patron safety, employee safety, and de-escalation are top priorities. We are looking for someone with a great personality and friendly attitude. Someone that can also entertain and engage guests while waiting in line would be the ideal candidate. We are open 7 days a week from 5pm to close. Must be available on weekends.

*Checking ID’s *Meeting and Greeting guests *Engaging with guests with friendly conversation *Assuring safety of our guests by following policies *Ensuring employee safety *Creating a great experience for our guests
Qualifications:

*1 year previous customer service experience *Must complete Arizona Title 4 Basic Liquor Law Training *Positive attitude and excellent communication skills *Available from 5pm-close on a daily basis.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 - $18.00/hour.
