Job description

Dog Handler/Receptionist is responsible for the care and service of our customers, dog and human. Dog Handler duties include supervision, control and management of daycare dogs and ensuring the safety of the play groups and overnight lodging guests as well as maintaining, cleaning, and sanitizing dog enclosures, playrooms, and other areas according to high sanitary requirements. Receptionist duties include customer service, ensuring superior communication in person, over phone, and in writing; assisting with customer VIP reports, and maintaining and cleaning reception area.

• Previous work experience demonstrating dependability, reliability, and motivation
• Experience working with or handling dogs of all sizes
• Demonstrated flexibility and proven problem solving and coping skills
• Proven ability to follow instructions and learn new things
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, demonstrating precision and professionalism
• Bachelor's, Associates, or college experience is preferred
• Knowledge and experience handling dogs of all sizes is helpful, especially in a professional setting
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
