You are the front lines of Kona Honu Divers. You are often the first and last point of contact for guests. It’s your role to develop relationships and maintain the communication between guests and other staff. We are looking for a person that has an outgoing aloha attitude, is self-motivated, team-oriented, proactive and has a superior work ethic.

Essential Functions

• Providing outstanding guest service
• Selling charters and retail items
• Supporting customers in person, on the phone, and online
• Informing customers of charters and products we offer
• Selling, promoting, up-selling services and retail items
• Providing solutions that maintain guest satisfaction and company integrity
• Ensuring the sales floor, displays and products are clean and attractive
• Cashiering
• Merchandising and restocking

Skills & Qualifications

• Must have a sincere desire to help people
• Motivated
• Goal Oriented
• Love of the ocean
• Scuba certified
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively - both oral and written
• Ability to interact in a courteous and professional manner with guests
• Establishing and maintaining a cooperative and productive work relationships
• Computer literate
• Ability to troubleshoot customer issues
• Ability to multitask
• Eager to learn
• Groomed appearance and well mannered
• Ability to lift and move 50lbs
• Flexible schedule - including weekends and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
