Job description

Our company is looking for an experienced District Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of multiple stores within a designated geographic area, ensuring that all stores meet or exceed sales goals, and providing leadership and guidance to store managers. The District Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase store performance, providing feedback to store managers on their performance, and ensuring that all stores are in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability in the district.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the district.
• Monitor customer service levels in the district.
• Recruit, train, and manage store managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
