As part of Valley City Mechanical, we love self-motivated and friendly people who want to have fun and are passionate about what they do. We are a small (but growing!) family owned company looking to add someone kind, diligent, and reliabe to answer phones, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicans all while remembering what's important: our customers.

Primary Job Function:

• Maintain service technicians, installers, and sales daily schedules and dispatch techicians as service calls come in/are completed.
• Rescheduling customers when parts come in from our suppliers
• Maintain on call schedule
• Maintain customer database with current information
• Submitting for permits/inspections
• Follow up with the sales team to insure quotes/estimates are being sent out and followed up on
• Schedule and sell membership plans
• Data Entry including but not limited to thank you cards, invoicing, submitting work orders for payment, etc.

Education & Experience

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft
• Eager to learn and master our dispatch software
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
