We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated and professional individual to join the Dispatcher/Customer Service team. As a Dispatcher, you will take inbound calls, utilize company policies and procedures to solve caller issues; and dispatch Housing Patrol Officers to investigate caller complaints if necessary. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to caller complaints in a timely and courteous way, be able to provide excellent Customer Service on behalf of the company as necessary, and have excellent multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound emergency/non-emergency calls for service.
• Obtain caller contact information and resolve issues.
• Obtain details about caller issue(s) and provide solutions.
• Handle call volume during peak hours and access caller issues.
• Contact emergency services/personnel in response to critical incidents
• Document pertinent information into ORNA CAD system
• Monitor property surveillance camera system
• Monitor Housing Patrol Officers radio traffic
• Dispatch Housing Patrol Officers to incidents and calls for service accordingly

Position Requirement:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability only

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks are not required, but are highly recommended. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) available to all staff.
