Delivery Dispatcher Job Responsibilities
Napa Auto Parts of Kitty Hawk, NC is an automotive parts store. We supply local repair shops and other businesses with automotive parts, lubricants and accessories.
Delivery Dispatcher is an important role, and requires someone with great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Pulling, organizing, and dispatching orders for local customers.
- Handling and invoicing customer returns.
- Preparing core and defective returns.
- Communicating with drivers, and customers about delivery ETAs, and routes.
- Helping drivers load their vehicles when needed.
- Receiving, reconciling and posting stock orders, and orders from other locations.
- Putting away stock, and helping with inventory maintenance and cycle counts.
- Preparing returns paperwork, and organizing outgoing paperwork for other locations.
- Occasionally make deliveries to customers, if needed.
- All applicants, must have reliable transportation to work, and be willing to work Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays.
- Must be a licensed driver, with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.04 - $16.48 per hour
