American Elevator Group (AEG) company is a collection of well-established elevator service companies operating across the United States. Backed by Arcline Investment Management, AEG has a significant footprint in the elevator industry and is rapidly growing. We are looking to add a Dispatcher to our central New Jersey team.

In this role, the Dispatcher will coordinate field activities and staff by delivering assignments, instructions, and alerts via the company’s communications network. You will also handle incoming calls and direct as appropriate.

Successful candidates will possess a High School diploma and 3+ years service dispatch experience (elevator experience preferred). You must have excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks. Previous experience with multi-line phone systems is also required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
