Job Duties:

● Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
● Sweep or scrub floors.
● Use and Operate Dish drying racks.
● Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies.
● Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
● Use and Operate Drain racks.
● Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
● Use and Operate Funnels.
● Prepare and package individual place settings.
● Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.

Requirements:

● High School diploma Preferred
● 3 months to 1 year of Related Experience
