We are looking for a Director of Site Civil Engineering to join our team in New Cumberland, PA! In this important role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Site Civil Engineering department, which includes the landscape architecture team. This role will report to the CEO and will primarily manage projects from conception through construction while maintaining quality standards to meet client and organizational standards.

Schedule:

Full-time – 40 hours a week.

You will be able to work remotely in a hybrid arrangement and take advantage of our flextime policy.

Salary Range:

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Broad range for the position is: $100,000 to $150,000.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of project engineers, EITs and designers on large utility-scale renewable projects.
• Plans and coordinates, assigns and delegates workload for team members.
• Review and QC plan sets, reports and design memoranda for compliance with design codes and AHJ requirement, industry standards, and company-developed standards.
• Provides oversight for project management related items, progress, timeliness, budgets and overall department financial performance.
• Provides direction and guidance on technical issues.
• Recruits additional civil engineering staff as needed.
• Provides training, mentoring and leadership in a collaborative work environment.
• Responds to the needs of client and project requirements.
• Build long lasting relationships with clients and help to develop new client relationships.
