DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS – CHARLES F. SNYDER FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATORY –
LANCASTER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
Charles F. Snyder Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., a family-owned and operated, community-minded, values-
based organization, located in Lancaster, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, emotionally mature
Director of Operations who is willing to contribute significantly and strategically to the Team as they serve the
needs of the greater Lancaster area.
This exciting opportunity requires leadership and management experience, outstanding interpersonal and
communication skills, coaching and talent development experience, customer/client and sales management
experience, financial acumen, business, strategic, and succession planning experience, robust project
management skills, flexibility, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Funeral Home Industry experience is not
required.
Responsibilities include:
- Culture Leadership – Internally & Externally
- Executive/Leadership & Management Team Leadership & Development
- Client/Customer Service Relationship Management and Experience Engagement
- Business, Strategic & Succession Planning Leadership & Facilitation
- Mergers & Acquisitions Support
- Business Practices Processes Identification, Creation & Implementation
- Financial & Risk Management Oversight
- Sales Leadership/Management & Revenue Generation
- Marketing & Brand Leadership/Management in concert with President
- Corporate Administrative Services Oversight
- Individual, Team, and Company Participation
