The Director of Agent Services must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others. The Director of Agent Services will be responsible for agent intake processes and be seen as the go-to person for the agents within the office.

This person should be a growth-oriented self-starter that is comfortable taking charge with little to no supervision. The Director of Agent Services must be able move with a sense of urgency to ensure they take care of the agent's needs in a timely manner. Culture is extremely important to us. In this role you will:

- Manage the onboarding process for all new Agents joining the Market Center.

- Assist Team Leader with management of recruiting pipeline, agent performance results, and recruiting materials.

- Serve as the face of the office and provide excellent customer services to clients, independently affiliated sales agents, vendors and others.

- Master KW technology and educate agents on programs to enable best business practices in a competitive landscape.

What we’re looking for:

- 2+ years’ experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations. Real Estate background is a plus.

- Stellar written and verbal communication and presentation skills; extraordinary listening skills.

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; you quickly formulate solutions that deliver real business value.

- Have multi-tasking down to a science; you can effectively juggle multiple accounts and assignments simultaneously and are not intimidated by change.

- Flexible and excited by new challenges, improvement and iteration.

- A sense of empathy, a drive to deliver top-tier customer support, and an understanding of marketing principles.

- The ability to establish credibility with key agent decision makers and influencers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,934.29 per year
