Pay: $101/hr on w2
Shift: M-F; Full-time day shifts

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Surgical Services Director to manage the Surgery department as well as the Wound Clinic. We currently do about 250 surgeries/endoscopies per month. Trauma level 4.
Must Have:
- Director of Surgical Services experience of 1 year.
- ACLS Certification
- BLS Certification
- PALS Certification
- RN License active in AZ
- Must be 100 miles away from the facility location
