Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CAN of MN) is currently hiring multiple Direct Support Professional II Positions in the Lino Lakes, MN area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals on daily living skills, household tasks, personal hygiene, budgeting, and medication administration.
- Transport and accompany residents in community activities, recreation and leisure activities. Company vehicles provided.
- Provide and maintain a safe environment while implementing behavior management skills.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- High school degree, GED
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass DHS background study
- Required: experience working with individuals with high behaviors and behavior intervention techniques

We are currently running a $250 sign-on bonus, paid upon completion or origination training!
FULL TIME HOURS (30-40 hours):
Weekdays:
Mornings 6AM-2PM
Days 8AM-4PM
Evenings 2PM-10PM
Level II DSP: $18.00 hourly on Weekdays / $19.00 hourly on Weekends
Full-time staff who work between 30-35 hours per week are offered the following benefits: Medical and 403B Retirement Plan (matched at 3%).
