Come Join Our Team at Community Concepts, Inc. Now Hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) A Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports individuals with developmental disabilities to have a better quality of life. A DSP promotes the health, safety and well-being of residents.

We are hiring full & part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Mason, Lebanon and Maineville locations. All shifts available including Weekend Warriors!

Direct Support Professional Job Responsibilities:

· Provides direct care to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

· Performs personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasks.

· Ensures client safety and maintaining a safe environment.

· Housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning.

· Preparing and serving food/meals, and clean-up.

· Encourages self-help activities.

· Reminds and assists clients with self-administration of medications (with proper training).

· Documents- complete all documentation required.

· All other duties required by supervisor.

Direct Support Professional Qualifications / Skills:

• · High School Diploma/GED
• · Must be 18 years of age
• · Must have a valid driver’s license
• · Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
