This role is a great opportunity for an individual with paid video advertising experience along with experience driving KPI improvements and developing cutting-edge strategies tailored to client goals. This role will manage a portfolio of clients, ranging from $50k-$300k in ad spend. Core responsibilities include strategy development, tactical cross-platform advertising execution, and driving desired outcomes for clients.

What you'll do:

  • Directly manage paid video advertising campaigns from start to finish, including strategy development, execution, and analysis based on client specific goals
  • Leverage both on-platform and in-house tools to carry out analysis and to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of paid media accounts
  • Analyze monthly KPI metrics, budget pacing and performance trend changes
  • Track paid media best practices and industry trends
  • Actively optimize, test and analyze video ad creative, targeting, and bid strategies to drive results in line with clients goals
  • Effectively communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Identify and maximize new opportunities for client growth

What we're looking for:

  • Strong understanding of video ad platforms, such as YouTube, OTT/CTV, and other programmatic video placements
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Experience managing multiple client or business campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Capacity to quickly learn applicable systems and processes
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail
  • Superior time management , project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work remotely with team members in various locations
  • The ability to accept constructive criticism in a professional manner and to learn from edits
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of staff and management with judgement and tact
  • Genuine curiosity and prodigious critical thinking

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $49,500/year - $55,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
