Fredonia Place of Williamsville, Assisted Living Facility, is seeking THE BEST Dietary Cooks for full time and part-time positions. We are seeking candidates who are compassionate, caring and reliable to provide the best food service to our Residents. We are looking for an individual who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment, while making a difference everyday! The responsibility of the Dietary Cook includes the following:

• Must be punctual, professional and reliable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Review menus and production sheets to determine food quantities needed for Resident diets.
• Knowledge of proper food preparation and handling techniques.
• Knowledge of proper dating and labeling techniques (all food items covered, dated and labeled).
• Promote a collaborative, team-focused environment.
• Display and maintain the highest level of cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Supervise food being cooked; ensures that food is held and served at correct temperatures,
• Food preparation and storage areas meet Department of Health and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.30 per hour
