Cheyenne Medical Lodge is currently seeking a Dietary Aide to join our kitchen team. A Dietary Aide assists the cook in preparing meals. A Dietary Aide prepares and serves palatable, nourishing, well-balanced diets to meet the daily nutritional and special dietary needs of each Resident. A Dietary Aide also assists in dishwashing operation and cleaning tasks.

Major job duties of a dietary aide are:

· Pouring drinks

· Stocking beverage bar and tabletops

· Serving on trayline opposite the cook or in Bistro dining room

· Bussing tables and washing dishes

· Preparing salads and fruit plates

· Preparing snacks per list

· Helping put up groceries as assigned—most cases are under 25#

· Cleaning per assignment sheet including sweeping and mopping

· Making coffee, tea, ice cream, and plating desserts

Qualifications:

• Serving experience is preferred
• Dietary experience in healthcare or a skilled nursing facility helpful
• Ability to work in a team environment
